1. BOOKINGS OF 6 OR LESS:
Card details are required to secure the booking and used as a guarantee.

Cancellations
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged via the card details provided.

‘No-show’
If you don’t turn up for your reservation and don’t notify us of this with at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged the menu price per person, via the card details provided.

Reservations are given a 15-minute grace period. After this time, Truffle will endeavour to sell the table to other customers. Customers who arrive later than 15 minutes after their reservation time and without giving notice will be classed as a ‘no-show’.
Reduction In Numbers
Please inform us if your number of guests has changed. If you arrive with fewer people than you reserved for, the cancellation charges will apply for the missing guest unless 24 hours notice is given.
2. BOOKINGS OF 7 & MORE:
Bookings of 7 or more require a deposit.
£10 per person

The deposit paid will be deducted from your bill.
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice lose their deposit.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking time will have their deposit returned to them. Refunds are not automated. Please email info@truffleswansea.com to arrange a refund.

If the restaurant has not been given at least 24 hours notice of reduction in numbers, the absent diners lose their deposit. Deposits will only be deducted from the bill for diners in attendance.
Cancellations
3. FESTIVE BOOKINGS
Any booking made for dates 27th November – 31st December are classed as Festive bookings.
Cancellations
Any bookings within these dates must provide 10 days notice of a cancellation in order to have their deposit returned. Refunds are not automated. Please email info@truffleswansea.com to arrange a refund.
Any bookings cancelling with less than 10 days notice will lose their deposit.
Reductions
We require 7 days notice of reductions in numbers. If less than 7 days notice is provided for a reduction to original numbers, those individuals will lose their deposit.
